1. From March 10, you will be able to request a dedicated 1:1 meeting with most speakers / participants via the dedicated meetings scheduling system - we will provide access to the system in order for you to request meetings in advance - please follow email instructions you will receive a few days before the conference.
2. Conference will run on the hopin.to platform. You will get an invite to the conference a few days before - IMPORTANT - please complete your profile before the conference to maximize your networking opportunities!
3. Most of the speakers attend the conference throughout the day, so just sent them a meeting request for a 1:1 session by messaging them.
4. Join the interactive deep dive / round table sessions, this will provide you valuable insights and domain specific information as well as the opportunity to talk to the speakers & ask them anything.
5. Visit the Booths of our sponsors - some of the speakers will be there.
6. Use the networking button for random meetings with fellow participants & speakers.
6. We will send out details on how to prepare for the conference about a week before - read the emails and follow the guidelines there.
We recommend to attend the interactive round tables & workshops - they are designed to provide plenty of useful information, tips & tricks about the German, Swiss and Austrian markets. In addition, welcome to visit the sponsors Booths in order to get in touch with them and learn how they can help your startup.
